If you have items that ur looking to trade, sell, or just drop, but want to keep a few of them for yourself follow these steps.

1.Open your inventory..just press the B button..its simple
2.Place your Cursor(which would be the arrow) over the item you wish to split.
3.Hold the ALT key down, and click the item you wish to split.
4.Drag it out of the Inventory Menu to the area you wish to Drop, Sell, or Trade.
5.The Amount window will pop open, type in how much you wish to Drop, Sell, or Trade.
6.Click OK

And Voila! You have just completed the Split Items quest muahhahahahaaa..
